Karolina Wyszomirska
Founder and President of the Management Board
Graduate of International Relations at the University of Warsaw, Pedagogy at the Higher School of Social Sciences in Warsaw, Event Management at the University of Warsaw. Currently completing her next master’s degree – Social Prevention and Resocialization at the University of Warsaw. She is a certified Aggression Replacement Trainer and has completed accounting courses. She worked as an accountant and fundraising coordinator at the White Star Foundation Group. She gained first-hand experience working with terminally ill children and their siblings at the Warsaw Hospice Children’s Foundation. From the age of 15, she has been a math tutor. In 2019 and throughout 2021 she was the vice-president of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Poland Foundation and the White Star Foundation. Currently, she is resource coordinator in the Katalyst Education Foundation. Privately, she loves everything that is beautiful and unique – horses, floristry, and creating decorations. She’s fond of good vegetarian food and long walks.
Nina Wieretiło
Member of the Management Board
Graduated from Economics and Management at the University of Oxford. Co-organizer of the “Teaching for Heroes” campaign, during which over 4000 students in Poland, Ukraine and Kazakhstan who were the children of employees of hospitals on the frontline of the fight against COVID-19 received free online tutoring on the Nauczeni.pl platform, which Nina co-founded. Founder of Perfectly Personal, a company that helps students fulfill their dreams by applying to study abroad. New product manager at Katalyst Education foundation, the creator of one of the most popular free educational resources for Polish students (Pistacja.tv, Mapa Karier). A big fan of running very early in the morning and making friends with new people.


Mikołaj Wojciechowski
Member of the Management Board
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (law) and Postgraduate Public Relations Studies organized by the College of the World Economy (Kolegium Gospodarki Światowej) at the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw, Poland. In the very first years of his professional career, he gained his experience during internships in renowned law firms. In 2017 - 2020 he worked for an international company from the real estate sector - White Star Real Estate - in which he was involved, among others, in the opening of the Elektrownia Powiśle mixed-use project in Warsaw. Since 2013, he cooperates with APA Wojciechowski Architects, where he currently serves as Business Development and Marketing Director. From the administrative, organizational, and marketing side he is involved in the development of the company, its sustainable development policy, and CSR activities. He is also a participant of multiple events and conferences and an author of industry articles. Since 2021, he is a member of the Polish Public Relations Association. He spends every free moment actively, practicing sports, listening to music or travelling. He’s a foodie.
Kamila Wołonciej
Assistant
Currently a second-year student of Applied Sociology and Social Anthropology at the University of Warsaw. She is also interested in social sciences privately. She is the newest member of the foundation team. At Key to the Future, she supports the Management Board in its activities. When she is not studying or working, she dances jazz and hip hop, tries out Warsaw restaurants serving Eastern cuisines and reads whatever she can.
